About Us

A young man with short light brown hair sitting on a beige couch, smiling broadly at the camera. He's wearing a black polo shirt and is surrounded by cushions, with natural light coming from a window with white curtains behind him. A black floor lamp with an exposed bulb is visible to his right.

Our Philosophy & Approach

Come as you are.
Leave as you could be.

More than a feel-good slogan. It reflects how we approach therapy.

Come as you are

Ark Psychology Co is a place where you are welcome just as you are.

No caveats. No asterisks. No ‘ifs’ or ‘buts.’

Leave as you could be

And, at the same time, we recognise that you may not be where you want to be in life.

Something—a mental health concern, trauma, a person, or even yourself—might be getting in the way between you and the life you want.

Our goal is to help you move toward the life you want to live; to become who you are capable of becoming.

To do this, we draw on evidence-based therapies grounded in well-established psychological science.
